Odometer correction tool for OBD2 car models

Does anyone know if there are any legal tools available (and where I can obtain it) that adjusts car odometers (To my knowledge as long as any new owner is informed prior to purchase with a written affidavits you are legally covered and the speed readings hold true, more accurate from factory specs)

I’m after a single cable tool that attaches to a PC USB to the cars OBD/EOBD. This tool must accommodate the most popular UK car models (Ford, Citroen, Peugeot, Vauxhall, Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Nissan etc).

“Google it” — Do a search through Google. You will encounter a good list of kit products which are being sold online. As long as there is enough demand for them to be advertised, you are in luck. Just be careful of any legal issues however, as certain States do not allow any deviation from factory specs!
