Is water powered cars a reality, or is it another gimmick through Internet claims to break H2O to HHO.?

claims to break water to HHO which increases the mpg by 40 to 100% without any engine modifications. If it’s true, why aren’t the governments taking any ACTION on this and they still spend huge capitals in gas?

When you electrocute water, you break the molecular bond of water (H20) and separate the components into Hydrogen and Oxygen (2H 2O). As separated, these combust at a rate more powerful than gasoline and are rebound back to H2O once combusted.
It’s very simple. The technology has been around for over a century. It just hasn’t been somewhat practical until now.

With a gasoline engine turning an alternator and providing the energy to cause the electrolysis reaction, HHO gas (oxyhydrogen gas) can indeed increase gas mileage in an internal combustion engine.
There are factors involved as to how well gas mileage will be effected (such as Oxygen sensors in each vehicle that will regulate the gasoline/oxygen ratio differently at stoich), but the tested and proven reality is that HHO will combust at ignition temperature.

A totally HHO-powered vehicle is definitely possible, but it would require an additional power source (secondary battery system) that would need to be independently charged to sustain the reaction. With improvements being made to energy conservation technology (turning thermal waste back into energy) and Solar technology – a Solar/HHO vehicle could be around the corner.

If you want to try and build and install your own DIY HHO Generator for yourself (or your friends) you have three options available right now:

1. You can either search the Internet thoroughly for any free plans – but there is no guarantee and backup if you get stuck, or it doesn’t work out well (but it’s Free).
2. You can purchase DIY manuals which take you step-by-step in building your own HHO generator and most systems even have a helpline in case you get stuck.
3. The last option is to buy a ready-made Kit where all that is required is the installation of the HHO to your engine.

Whatever route from the 3 options above you choose to take will all get you an ozone-friendly vehicle while your fuel savings should be decreased by a minimum of around 15% — 25%. Premium quality systems which are constantly being improved are seeing as much as 45% — 55% in claimed fuel reductions.

All systems are relatively cheap to construct, even using the best parts and materials possible in their application. The total expenses are normally under $300 from start to finish. The only more expensive units are the ready-made kit forms, but you’re backed by a guarantee for the HHO generator and any parts included in the kit. The generators are tested for flow rate and functionality before they are distributed to their clients.
