92 camry conversion to obd2?

Is it possible to convert a 92 camry over to obd2? I’m interested in interfacing a computer (in dash) with the obd to display tach, mph, mpg, engine code (hopefully not), and other telemetric data and I can only seem to find obd2 to usb. Seeing as the 92 camry only has obd1, this isn’t helpful. Is is possible to install and make it work with the obd2 ECU in a 92 camry possibly from a 96 camry?
With regards to swapping an engine and possibly a trans, already did that. But I didn’t plan ahead and the ones I put in are oem. The 96 is at a junkyard I get parts from it frequently and I’m not nearly competent enough to install and make the ecu work for a different car.

Is there maybe an aftermarket ecu for a 92 that’s set up for odb2?

You will have to swap the whole engine and ECU from the ’96 to the ’92. There are different sensors around the 96 engine versus the 92. You might also have to swap the trans if it has speed sensors on it. Through memory I cannot recall if that is the case, but I think so. You might have to do some customized rewiring for the engine and ECU in the process, unless you swap the whole unit, ie. engine with trans, pcm and all electronic gizmos. You’ll have to make sure your ’92 has the same fuel pump pressure (fuel volume and pressure per minute) and that it fully matches the ’96 demands. This might get you involved in a fully blown project. Instead of this complication I would rather opt  to fix and drive the 96 while getting rid of the 92, unless it isn’t documented as scrap already, that will be another story.
