Can anyone tell me if this OBD2 adaptor is compatible with OBD-DIAG Software?

I would like to know what OBD2 adapters are compatible with OBD-DIAG if someone could post compatible adapters and where i can buy them from that would be great ! can anyone tell me if these 2 are compatible ?
