Which is the best out of these 2 scan tools? AutoEnginuity PC ScanTool or ELM 327 with the ELM software v1.6?

Or is there anything better than both of these?
I’m just a starter trying to be a pro.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Most of the wannabe mechanics on here will tell you to get snap on etc. but these readers cost about a grand and are simply plug and go units for dummies.
Go for the ELM 327 and use what god gave you between your ears!
