Where Can I Buy A Cord/Plug For a OBDII For A 2009 Scion Tc That Would Enter USB On My Laptop?
Where can I find a standard OBDII Cord that would plug into my OBDII Port On A 2009 Scion Tc. and my computer’s USB.

Do you have an iPhone? If so then you should use this: OT-2: OBD-II/CAN WiFi Interface.
It is compatible with Logworks APP for your car, and has the USB plug in. As it uses WiFi to send data between the car and iPhone you have less clatter of wiring (not that there is that much, but alas) and you can work from there. Isn’t that cool? !!
